Support Representative - Work from home

As a Support Representative for Qatar National Broadband Network, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, providing remote support to our customers from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals with strong attention to detail and analytical skills to join our team.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and our support processes - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - High school diploma or equivalent
