Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Msheireb Properties is seeking a motivated Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our employees and clients. The Remote Support Specialist will work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide training and guidance on various software and hardware systems.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems 3. Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues 4. Provide training and guidance on software applications and systems 5. Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions 6. Assist with the setup and configuration of new computers and devices 7. Stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry best practices 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding technical support

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field 2. 4 years of experience in a technical support role 3. Strong communication and customer service skills 4. Resilient and energetic personality traits 5. Project management and leadership skills 6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
