Job Description:
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team at Meddy in Doha. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and ensuring their needs are met with excellent service. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and possess strong planning and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in the development of support materials and resources for customers - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team - Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Customer service experience is a plus but not required
