Support Specialist

Job Description:

Qatar Foundation is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to employees in their personal and professional development. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and possess strong presentation and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to employees in their personal and professional development - Assist with training programs and workshops - Conduct research and analysis to support employee development initiatives - Assist with the implementation of employee wellness programs - Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking support or guidance - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of support efforts - Maintain accurate records of support activities - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Reliable and hardworking attitude - Strong presentation and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
