Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team at Qatar Petroleum. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Doha, QA. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our team and clients, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to team members and clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). 2. Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-up actions. 4. Collaborate with different departments to improve processes and resolve issues. 5. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. 6. Conduct research and gather data for projects. 7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team. 6. Adaptable and reliable personality traits. 7. Strong strategic planning and presentation skills. 8. Must be able to work from home with a stable internet connection.
