Support Specialist - Work from home

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Support Specialist, working from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient and effective support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues via email, phone, or chat 2. Document support interactions and resolutions in a timely manner 3. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements 4. Conduct research to resolve complex support issues 5. Assist with negotiations with vendors and suppliers 6. Provide training and support to new team members 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity at all times

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a support or customer service role 2. Motivated and confident individual with excellent communication skills 3. Strong research and negotiation skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
