Support Specialist - Work from home

Barwa Group is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team. This is a work from home position based in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers 3. Assist customers with product-related questions and provide guidance on product usage 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution 5. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system 6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback and inquiries 7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities

Requirements: 1. 4 years of relevant experience in customer support or technical support 2. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Hardworking and driven personality traits 6. Soft skills in cooperation and persuasion 7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools
