Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Meddy, a leading healthcare platform based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a highly motivated Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing support to our users and ensuring a seamless experience on our platform. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting users with any inquiries or issues they may encounter while using our platform.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Resolving user issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex user inquiries. - Documenting user interactions and feedback to help improve our platform. - Assisting with user onboarding and training when necessary. - Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. - Dedicated and energetic personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in using various support tools and platforms.
