Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Airways Cargo is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support through our online chat platform. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is innovative, skilled in negotiation, and has at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Promote products and services to customers through online chat - Resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and sales goals are met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong innovation and negotiation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer skills and web chat platforms
