Web Chat Assistant

Qatar Biobank is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to users through online chat platforms on our website. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all interactions - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously improve and update knowledge of products and services offered by Qatar Biobank - Follow all company policies and procedures related to customer service

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively through written channels - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other online communication tools
