Web Chat Assistant

Job description:

Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing online support to website visitors in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with website visitors through live chat to address their inquiries and provide information about Qatar Free Zones Authority - Assist visitors with navigating the website and accessing relevant information - Utilize persuasive communication skills to guide visitors towards taking desired actions, such as signing up for newsletters or attending events - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and resolving issues promptly - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and accuracy of information provided - Continuously adapt to changing needs and requirements of the website visitors - Manage time effectively to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Strong adaptability to different communication styles and preferences of website visitors - Resourceful attitude to quickly find solutions to complex inquiries - Excellent persuasion skills to guide visitors towards desired actions - Superior time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations efficiently - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic internet troubleshooting
