Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Silatech in Doha, Qatar. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat support, providing them with accurate information and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for analyzing customer needs and negotiating solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have - Analyze customer needs and offer personalized solutions - Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial outcomes - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Update customer records and provide feedback to management on customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation and analysis skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using online chat platforms - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Motivated and proactive attitude
