Meddy is seeking a dedicated Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Doha, Qatar. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, resilient, and possess strong planning and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and any other queries they may have - Provide personalized assistance and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction - Help customers navigate our website and online services - Document and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain professionalism and positivity in all interactions with customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using technology and online communication tools - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Planning skills to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptability to handle changing priorities and customer needs
