Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat. 2. Assist customers with product recommendations, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective communication with customers. 4. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction. 5. Update customer records and ensure data accuracy. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Work closely with the marketing team to promote sales and follow up on leads.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent multitasking abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. 4. Persuasive and cooperative attitude when dealing with customers. 5. Proficiency in web chat platforms and basic computer skills.
