Hilton is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Doha, QA. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to start their career in the hospitality industry. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat, assisting guests with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with guests through web chat to provide information on hotel amenities, services, and promotions - Answer guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve guest issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary - Utilize resources to research and provide accurate information to guests - Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while assisting guests - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Reliable and punctual - People management skills - Research skills - Proficient in using computer systems and online chat platforms - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
