Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Doha. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support for our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Contribute to the development of chat scripts and FAQs to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues to help inform business decisions

Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment - Strong project management skills to effectively prioritize and multitask in a remote work setting - Innovative thinker who can adapt to changing customer needs and technology platforms - Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail - Proficiency with web chat software and customer relationship management tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment
