Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

United Development Company is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Web Chat Associate in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a hardworking and reliable attitude.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find solutions. 5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Experience with web chat platforms and online communication tools. 5. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. 6. Hardworking and reliable personality traits. 7. Strong negotiation skills. 8. Must be able to work part-time hours.
