Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users through web chat platforms. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and online communication.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with online users in real-time through web chat platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support - Offer personalized assistance and guidance to users navigating our website and online services - Provide technical support for online tools and platforms, troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring a positive user experience - Collaborate with team members to address complex customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed - Monitor and respond to user feedback and trends to improve online user experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with online users

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online communication - Dedicated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
