Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide excellent customer service - Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
