Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team at Estithmar Holding in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required but having at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field would be beneficial. The ideal candidate should be driven, resourceful, adaptable, and have excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through web chat to provide support and answer their inquiries - Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and escalate when necessary - Utilize various tech tools and systems to provide efficient customer service - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies - Work on different shifts as needed to cover 24/7 customer support

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in written communication - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent time management skills - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other tech tools - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
