Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Woqod is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Doha, QA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions - Use effective communication skills to build rapport with customers - Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer service goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
