Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in web chat management.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of remote web chat agents to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat system, including improving response times and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat interactions for quality assurance purposes and provide real-time feedback to agents. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 2. Adaptability and attention to detail are crucial soft skills for this role. 3. Proven experience in web chat management, preferably in a remote work setting. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
