Job Description - Web Chat Manager

Job Description:


Meddy is seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Web Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our web chat platform, ensuring excellent customer service and engagement.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer interactions. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase web chat engagement and drive customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of web chat into overall customer service strategy. 5. Train new agents on web chat software and best practices. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and technology to continuously improve web chat operations. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to management on web chat performance.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or web chat management. 2. Confident and passionate attitude towards customer service. 3. Strong strategic planning and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
