Web Chat Manager

Qatar Museums is seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent and adaptable, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage the web chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to provide excellent customer service - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of chat agents - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders - Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with web chat platforms and CRM systems
