Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

As a Remote Web Chat Manager at Qatar Petroleum, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the web chat operations for our company. Your primary role will be to ensure that our web chat platform runs smoothly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote web chat agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor and analyze web chat interactions to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention through the web chat platform. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Make real-time decisions to prioritize and escalate customer issues as needed. 6. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on web chat performance and customer feedback. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies to continuously improve the web chat platform.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations. 5. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. 6. Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment. 7. Experience with remote team management is a plus. 8. Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
