Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the company's web chat platform, ensuring smooth and efficient communication with customers. 2. Train and supervise a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase customer satisfaction through the web chat channel. 4. Analyze web chat data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions to drive business growth. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align web chat initiatives with overall business objectives. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in web chat management to continuously improve processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in web chat management or customer service. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively. 4. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Adaptable and confident personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
