Job Description - Web Chat Manager

Job description:


Al Shaqab is seeking a passionate and motivated Web Chat Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time role is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in web chat management at a mid-to-senior level. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online customer service chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of the web chat platform - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize performance and drive improvements - Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency across all customer touchpoints - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to the web chat platform - Train new agents on proper procedures and protocols for handling customer inquiries


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in web chat management - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
