Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at RasGas Company Limited. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our web chat operations to ensure excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of remote web chat agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat system - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company policies and procedures - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Train and mentor chat agents to improve their performance and customer service skills - Collaborate with other departments to align web chat operations with overall company goals and objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience as a web chat manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Independent and resourceful with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Negotiation and cooperation skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and web chat software
