Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team. As the Remote Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online chat platform to provide excellent customer service and support to our users. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online chat platform to respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support. - Monitor chat conversations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Work closely with the customer service team to address any escalated issues. - Analyze chat data to identify trends and improve chat performance. - Develop chat scripts and guidelines for consistent and effective communication. - Collaborate with the IT team to implement chat enhancements and upgrades. - Train and mentor chat agents to improve their communication and customer service skills.

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a customer service or chat management role. - Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service through online chat platforms. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Excellent time management and planning abilities. - Ability to work remotely and independently. - Knowledge of chat software and digital communication tools. - Experience in managing a team of chat agents is a plus.
