Job Description - Web Chat Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Steel Company is seeking a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Manager to join our team in Doha. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and a requirement of 6 years of experience in a similar role, the Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online customer support through web chat platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all web chat communications with customers in a timely and effective manner. 2. Analyze chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall web chat experience for customers. 4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information. 5. Train and supervise a team of chat agents to ensure high-quality service delivery. 6. Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. 7. Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues related to web chat platforms. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for web chat support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field. 2. 6 years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role. 3. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Familiarity with web chat platforms and CRM systems. 7. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
