Job Description:
Mall of Qatar, a leading retail destination in Doha, is seeking a highly experienced Web Chat Manager to work remotely on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring excellent customer service experiences.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat platform, including responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat channel. 3. Train and supervise a team of web chat agents, providing feedback and guidance as needed. 4. Monitor performance metrics and generate reports on key performance indicators related to web chat interactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in a customer service or web chat management role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Hardworking and resourceful personality traits. 7. People management and attention to detail soft skills.
