Web Chat Manager - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join Qatar Sports Investments as a Web Chat Manager. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage the web chat platform, responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer questions. 3. Monitor chat logs to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer experience. 4. Assist in the development of chat scripts and training materials for chat agents. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the web chat platform and increase customer engagement. 6. Analyze chat metrics and provide regular reports to management on chat performance.

Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in a customer service or chat management role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong cooperation and planning skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat platform software. 6. Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
