Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Web Chat Manager. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Manage all incoming web chat inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Engage with customers to address their questions, concerns, and provide information about our products and services - Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor chat performance metrics and identify areas for improvement - Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer trends and preferences - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual with a high level of emotional intelligence - Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and customer engagement - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with web chat software and customer relationship management platforms - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
