Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Web Chat Officer to join our team at Snoonu in Doha, Qatar. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer support through our online chat platform. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the technology and customer service industries.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through the web chat platform to provide assistance and resolve issues in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers - Coordinate with other departments to escalate customer inquiries as needed - Stay up to date on product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Improve customer satisfaction by actively listening to their concerns and providing solutions or alternatives - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting your colleagues and sharing knowledge

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers online - Excellent time management skills to prioritize multiple customer inquiries and ensure timely responses - Strong negotiation skills to navigate difficult customer interactions and find mutually beneficial solutions - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential - Must be dedicated to providing excellent customer service and be passionate about helping others
