Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team at Qatar Airways Cargo in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to address inquiries, provide support, and assist with booking cargo shipments - Utilize quick thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination in order to meet customer needs - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, updating customer profiles as necessary - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Confident and driven personality with a commitment to providing excellent customer service - Strong strategic planning and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
