Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team at Barwa Group in Doha, Qatar. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support on our website. This role is perfect for someone who is driven, reliable, and has experience in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our web chat platform. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Excellent typing skills and proficiency in online chat platforms. 4. Experience with CRM systems and online customer support tools. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. 7. Previous experience in people management is a plus. 8. Must be driven, reliable, and adaptable to different situations.
