Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through web chat - Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions with customers - Utilize effective planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and seamless communication with customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and resilient attitude - Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in training and development opportunities - Work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations - Attention to detail and a focus on providing quality service to customers - Strong planning and organizational skills - Must have a reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
