Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

RasGas Company Limited is seeking a Web Chat Officer to work from home in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent and adaptable, with strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflows - Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries - Utilize technology and online tools to efficiently manage and prioritize chat interactions - Monitor chat performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in web chat platforms and basic computer skills - Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work flexible hours as needed - Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools - Demonstrated leadership abilities and emotional intelligence
