Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions with our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general information related to our services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via web chat - Provide accurate information about our services, products, and processes - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate to appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to exceed expectations - Perform research to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Meet established performance metrics for response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and research skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
