Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team at Qatar Biobank in Doha. As an Entry Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with navigating our website and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter - Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in messaging and service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues - Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Work independently to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong people management and cooperation skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
