Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Web Chat Representative to join our team at Qatar Foundation. This is a remote, part-time position where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with computer systems and software - Adaptable and able to work independently - Driven to exceed customer expectations - Strong people management and innovation skills
