Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative. This is a part-time, work-from-home position ideal for entry-level candidates with no prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Driven and energetic personality - Presentation and persuasion skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer - Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
