Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat support. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance with their inquiries and concerns - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find creative solutions - Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Adaptability and reliability are essential personality traits for this role - Strong planning and problem-solving skills are required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using technology and web chat platforms - Experience working in a customer service environment is preferred
