Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Silatech is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with website visitors through live chat, answering their inquiries, providing assistance, and ultimately creating a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with website visitors via live chat to provide information, support, and guidance - Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate any issues or feedback to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction - Utilize persuasive communication skills to influence customer behavior - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize customer interactions - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - High level of drive and resilience - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to persuade and influence others - Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer support tools - Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving - Bachelor's degree preferred
