Support Assistant - Remote Work

Qatar Mobility Innovations Center is seeking a part-time Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities: - Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments - Maintain and update databases - Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls - Organize and maintain files and records - Assist with event planning and coordination - Collaborate with team members on various projects - Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in an administrative or support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Negotiation and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree preferred
