Support Officer - Remote Work

Katara Hospitality is seeking a talented and motivated Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our team members and clients. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, and possess excellent project management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to inquiries and resolving issues through remote communication channels - Providing support to team members in various departments - Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and file management - Collaborating with team members to enhance productivity and efficiency - Conducting research and compiling information for reports and presentations - Contributing to the overall success of the team by taking on additional tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and remote communication tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
