Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Rail is seeking a passionate and adaptable Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an entry-level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, phone, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Document all customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service efficiency - Assist with training new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support roles - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours on a remote basis
