Job Description - Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


MEEZA is seeking a motivated and driven Support Specialist to join our remote team in Doha, Qatar. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues they may encounter. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. 3. Document and track all support activities using our ticketing system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends. 7. Provide training and guidance to clients on using our products and services.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Emotional intelligence to effectively handle challenging situations. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
