Job Description:

As a Web Chat Associate at Qatar National Broadband Network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat communication. This is a remote work position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. This part-time role is perfect for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support - Utilize company resources and information to provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service delivery - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Adhere to company guidelines and policies for customer interaction and information handling - Keep detailed records of customer interactions for tracking and reporting purposes
