Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Web Chat Associate to join our team at Qatar Free Zones Authority on a part-time basis. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a remote work position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide assistance and support. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions. 4. Utilize effective communication skills to engage customers and build rapport. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
